Below is correspondence made in connection to the many failings of the Travel Money Oz Currency CardbrbrFurther to my previous email,brI have since attempted to transfer the remaining funds to my daughter’s bank account [as suggested by call centre personnel] This again has proved to be a flawed system After 5 attempts to perform this task we are no closer to withdrawing these fundsbrbrThere were 2 issues with regards to this:brbrDuring our first attempts we proceeded to fill in the online form, arriving at the point where you enter the cvv If it wasn’t so frustrating and time consuming it would be laughable On each attempt to enter the 3 digit code, the keypad arrangement was organised in a random pattern of two rows of numbers from 0-9 As I began to enter the number, rather than registering the correct digit each time the number below the correct number was recorded instead brbrAfter several attempts the keypad seemed to correct itself to allow the correct cvv to be entered Upon entering the correct cvv the screen froze and failed to produce a submit button to allow the transaction to proceed brbrRemember that your company insists on utilising the helps [which are no help] provided, I enlisted the assistance of the chat page This was the most insane experience i have ever endured Instead of providing help you provided me with a condescending and patronising robot; which incidentally froze and took several minutes to escape the page [eventually closing the page altogether and wasting about 40 minutes of my time]brbrThere is one further issue which I am curious about In the process of removing these funds I am realizing the initial $10,000 has dwindled to $8900 The view transactions page is anything but clear in regards to the process by which this occurred This is another reason why I would no longer recommend this product brbrI am completely aware of the tough economic times businesses are experiencing, nevertheless in the interest of continued business and loyal I would have hoped that Travel Money Oz would value their customers with the view of retaining thembrbrSincerely,brbrPhillip McKenzie
